As you already know, you can make your bot smarter by setting up a few AI rules. However, you can improve it even further by tracking user inputs that your bot’s AI was unable to recognize. This information will allow you to then add new or tweak existing rules.
If you go to the Analyze tab on the Chatfuel dashboard, you’ll find a section called User Inputs Not Recognized By AI which shows the last thousand of user inputs over the last 7 days.
There you can see the phrase itself and the number of times users typed it in your bot, thus making it easy for you to decide which inputs might be useful for your AI to learn. After that, the best move would be setting up new AI rules so that your bot can become even more responsive.
