Check your admin rights
Make sure you're an Admin of the Facebook page. Page roles like Editor or Moderator don't have enough permissions to connect chatbots. Having this page in your Business Manager also isn't enough.
Make sure Chatfuel has all of these required permissions in your Facebook Business Integrations
Manage your Pages
Send messages from Pages you manage
Send messages from Pages you manage at any time after the first user interaction
Show a list of the Pages you manage
Set it to All Pages so that you won't run into any issues regarding this in the future. We won't do anything without your request.
You can also completely remove Chatfuel from your Business integrations, and then try connecting the page again. It can help if there's a page you're an administrator of, but it's not showing up in the connection list.
I don't see my page in the Publishing section
Go to Grow > Update pages list
Grant Chatfuel all the necessary permissions
If this doesn't work:
Go to your Facebook Settings, under Apps and Websites (or in your Business Integrations settings)
Remove the Chatfuel app
Log into your Dashboard again
I still can't connect my Instagram page
Check your Business Integrations settings. Find and click the Chatfuel app in your active integrations list. You'll see the settings popup. Here, make sure your Instagram account is checked for the following permissions:
Access profile and posts from the Instagram account connected to your page
Access insights for the Instagram account connected to your page
Manage and access messages for the Instagram account connected to your page
