Find out what your plan includes, then follow these steps to get started.
#1. Schedule your onboarding call
Once you sign up for the Premium Agency plan, you’ll get a welcome email from your Chatfuel Customer Success Manager. 👋
It’ll contain a calendar link where you can book your 60-minute onboarding call with them. On that call, you and your team will be able to ask your CSM any questions you may have about the plan, or about using Chatfuel.
#2. Join the Slack channel
As a Premium Agency member, you and your team get full access to our private Agency Slack channel. Use it to share ideas and network with other agency teams, and to ask questions or provide feedback to the Chatfuel team directly.
To join, respond to your welcome email with the email addresses of each member of your team who would like an invitation. Or, you can send their email addresses to firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll get them added right away. ✅
After that, you’ll be set up! 🎊
All that’ll be left to do is dive right into the features now available to you and your team, and build awesome bots for your clients.
