Connecting a Facebook Page
Once you've built your Messenger chatbot, you need to turn it on by connecting it to a Facebook page. Here's how:
Go to the Grow tab.
Under the Facebook pages section, you'll see a list of pages associated with your account.
Choose the Facebook page you want to connect your bot to.
Click the Connect button next to that page.

Make sure you are an admin of your page and you've granted all the necessary permissions first. Need help? Read about it here.
Connecting an Instagram Page
Before you connect your Instagram page to Chatfuel, link it to a Facebook Page for which you have admin rights;
Make sure you have allowed access to messages in your Instagram account. To do that, go to your Instagram Business account Settings > Privacy > Messages and check that the Allow Access to Messages toggle is on.
Open your chatbot in Chatfuel.
Navigate to the Grow tab and locate the Connect Instagram account section.
Click Connect account. You'll be redirected to Facebook to grant Chatfuel the necessary permissions.
Done. You'll be automatically redirected back to Chatfuel, and your account will be connected.
You need to click Authorize first, if you don't see Connect Instagram button in your Grow tab.
📌 If you disconnect and reconnect your Facebook Page, you'll need to do it all over again. If you don't see the Connect Instagram account widget in the Grow tab, refresh the page and check again.
