You can complete all billing edits and updates from your Premium panel. It's the drop-down menu that appears when you click on your profile picture in the top-right corner of your Chatfuel dashboard.
Change a payment method
To change a payment method for your chatbot agency, open the Premium panel and click Update payment method. Then, fill in your new card information.
Change details in your invoice
If you need to edit your business's billing address, tax ID, or any other information that appears on your invoices, click the Billing details option in the Premium panel.
A window will appear where you'll be able to make any necessary invoice changes.
Once you've changed the billing details and hit Update, you'll be able to see and download your invoices (including the past ones) by clicking the View Status option in the Premium panel.
