Entry Points are a powerful feature of the Flow Builder interface (the Flows tab under the Automation tab) that brings new users to your chatbot. Story Reply Entry Point lets you automatically start conversations with those who reply to your stories.
Use cases for the Story Reply Entry Point 📚
The Story Reply Entry Point is a powerful feature with many different applications. It can help you boost your sales and conversion rates significantly by engaging those who reply to your stories. It is an easy way to handle users' requests and achieve automation of the answers for various incoming inquiries or comments.
How to set up a Story Reply Entry Point 🔧
1. Add Story Reply Entry Point to your flow. There are three ways to add an Entry Point to your flow: by double-clicking or right-clicking in any blank area of the workspace, by clicking the + symbol to the right of your Instagram flow name, or by clicking the small icon with the screen and + symbol on the right side of the workspace.
2. Set up your bot to send appropriate reactions to messages with specific keywords. Type those keyword(s) or even phrases in the box under Story replies with keywords. For example, you might type refund and money back in the same box to have your bot reply to those seeking a refund. Use as many synonyms as you can to make it work. Press enter to save one keyword and type in another. Note that you can also use an emoji as a keyword.
You can also use the same Story Reply Entry Point to create flows for different scenarios. Just add two or more groups of keywords and drag an arrow from each of them to follow up with an appropriate response. For example, you can set up a response for those who want to get a refund, and also, for those, who want to participate in your promo campaign and are texting you keywords to get a promo code.
There's also a possibility to create an answer for all the other messages that don't contain any of the specified keywords. Just create a block, add a message and connect it to All story replies in your Story Reply Entry Point.
3. Toggle the Entry Point on (using the toggle switch in the top right corner of the card) when you're ready to activate it.
How many Story Reply Entry Points can you have? 🤔
You can set up as many Story Reply Entry Points in different flows as you want. However, only one of them can be turned on at a time. When you turn on one Story Reply Entry Point, all the other Story Reply Entry Points are turned off automatically.
