There are two types of Entry Points you can use for Facebook ads in Chatfuel. Here is a quick overview:
Click-to-Messenger — Bring new users from paid ads to your chatbot;
Sponsored Message — Reengage existing users with a sponsored message.
These ads appear on Facebook in different places: news feed, columns, etc. When users click an advertisement they start a chat with your bot. Use these ads to bring new users to your chatbot.
Send advertisement messages to people who have previously interacted with your bot. To users, they'll appear as a normal message in their Messenger inbox. The goal is to reengage existing users, or to make an important announcement to all users or a certain segment of users.
