There are three blocks you can use for ads:

  • Click-to-Messenger — Bring new users from paid ads to your chatbot

  • Sponsored Message — Reengage existing users with a sponsored message

  • Instagram Ads — Bring new users from paid ads to your chatbot

Click-to-Messenger

These ads appear on Facebook in different places: news feed, columns, etc. When users click an ad they start a chat with your bot. Use these ads to bring new users to your chatbot.

Sponsored Messages

Send ad messages to people who have previously interacted with your bot. To users, they'll appear as a normal message in their Messenger inbox. The goal is to reengage existing users, or to make an important announcement to all users or a certain segment of users.

📌 Sponsored messages can be sent outside the 24-hour window.

Instagram Ads

These ads appear on Instagram in different places: feed, stories, etc. When users click an ad they start a chat with your bot. Use these ads to bring new users to your chatbot.
