At some point, you may want to pause the bot and talk to some of your customers personally. You may want to do it to help a person who has a question a bot can't answer, or to manually close a sale.

It can be done in two ways:

  1. A bot user can ask to speak to a human using our Live Chat plugin.
  2. You can initiate a live chat session directly from People Tab.
